As the founder, and brains behind her own modeling career & Chicago-based business, CJ’s roles have become that of an advisor, art director, coach, and ultimately, motivating friend. What started out as simply giving other models advice over social media turned into inquiries of her hosting classes. CJ began free workshops from her own home, spreading confidence and tips to models throughout the city. To date she has helped over 150+ models all while being featured in many digitals magazines and big brands such as ORS Hair care, Pink Luster, Black & Decker, Black Opal Beauty, MyButterSkinBar, Ace Hardware, and Khols to name a few! AHM was never a side hobby. CJ has grown the academy into a continuously evolving powerhouse to help and inspire others with a vision . Learning from her own experiences as a model and business owner, it’s her motivation to push students & clients, showing them their worth and eliminating failure as an option. In a span of 3 years, she went from model & influencer to business & model consultant; spreading confidence and courage to others all over Chicago & beyond. Overall, she has assisted in successful campaigns for big and local brands and has coached models who are now signed with known agencies and published in editorial magazines.
